Joe believes in giving back to his community and serves as President of the Mission Trails Regional Park Foundation (Mtrp.org). Married in 1965 to his wife, Rosemarie, together, they have lived in the same house for almost as long and are greatly proud of their son, Carlton.

• Began his securities career as an Account Executive with Merrill Lynch in March 1977.

• Served as founding member of the Merrill Lynch office in La Mesa, Calif., in the early 1980s and rose to the position of Vice President.

• Moved to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 1998, where he held the position of Senior Vice President – Wealth Management.

• Joined Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in 2008, forming Morse Wealth Management as an independent practice.

• Served in the United States Army with Honorable Discharge prior to becoming a Financial Advisor.

• Attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

• Earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

• Holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations, and California insurance license number 0A56957.
